KUVIA provides audio and video transcription services using artificial intelligence and machine learning technology. The Service includes features such as:

• Automated transcription of audio and video files
• Speaker diarization and identification
• AI-powered summaries and insights
• Export capabilities in multiple formats
• Integration with third-party services

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

KUVIA offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Our refund policy as stated in our pricing page
• Potential price changes with 30 days notice

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any automated or bulk processing without permission

You retain all rights to the content you upload to KUVIA. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We claim no ownership over your transcriptions or original content.

The KUVIA platform, including its software, design, and branding, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by KUVIA.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and complying with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service with notice
• Perform maintenance and updates
• Limit usage to ensure fair access for all users

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KUVIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
